摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive and highly stable conductive paste usable in forming a conductor layer of a piezoelectric ceramic material and a manufacturing method of a piezoelectric element suppressed in the characteristic change of the conductor layer. <P>SOLUTION: Although an inexpensive silver-palladium alloy is used as a conductor component, by adding a cerium oxide, an yttrium oxide, a neodymium oxide or the like with an average grain diameter of 10-100(nm) into conductive paste, the denseness of the conductor layer formed of the conductive paste can be improved even if a conductor component with a low melting point is used, thereby improving heat resistance. Thus, the conductive paste suppressed in the characteristic change even if repeatedly baked can be obtained, and the piezoelectric element with stable electric characteristics can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
