PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method of a liquid froth material capable of sufficiently improving the flowability of prepared AE concrete, the air bubble interval coefficient, freezing and melting resistance and casting skin surface smoothness of a cured object obtained from AE concrete at the same time, and the AE concrete obtained by the preparation method. SOLUTION: When AE concrete is prepared using a liquid froth material, modified kneading and mixing water brought into contact with the ore of Kogaseki (syouminn) and/or the processed product of Kogaseki (syouminn) is used as kneading and mixing water and the modified liquid froth material obtained through four processes using the thus modified kneading and mixing water is used as the liquid froth material.
