PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrator manufacturing method and a piezoelectric oscillator manufacturing method, wherein the combination accuracy of frequencies is improved. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric vibrator manufacturing method includes: an electrode formation process for forming an excitation electrode on a piezoelectric vibration piece; a mounting process for mounting the piezoelectric vibration piece in a container; a first frequency adjustment process for adjusting the frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator by adjusting the mass of the excitation electrode; a heat processing process for heating and leaving the container in which the piezoelectric vibration piece is mounted after the first frequency adjustment process; a second frequency adjustment process for adjusting the frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator by adjusting the mass of the excitation electrode after the heat processing process; and a sealing process for air-tightly sealing the container.
