PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based self-adhesive composition exhibiting characteristics such as stable self-adhesion force and holding property without being widely affected by the blending ratio of a dicarboxylic acid to diol and also excellent in production stability. SOLUTION: This polyester-based self-adhesive composition containing a chain-extended polyester having a weight average molecular weight(Mw) of 120,000 to 250,000 is produced by chain extending the polyester consisting of the dicarboxylic acid and diol and having an acid value of 0.7 to 1.6 mgKOH/g by an isocyanate compound. Especially the polyester-based self-adhesive of the above constitution can be prepared with a dicarboxylic acid and a diol which are both originated from plants. Among them, the plant-derived dicarboxylic acid may be a dimer acid and the plant-derived diol may be a dimer diol. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
