PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent self-excitation vibration of a door without losing an effect due to aging deterioration. SOLUTION: This air-conditioner has a case 10 forming an air passage, and a door (rotating element) 19 rotatably supported by the case 10. A closed space gg is formed in a surface, on which the case 10 is opposed to the door 19, and the closed space gg is filled with a high-viscosity fluid KR. According to this, when the door 19 rotates, slide resistance is generated by the high-viscosity fluid KR filled in the closed space gg formed in the surface, on which the case 10 is opposed to the door 19. The higher a rotation speed of the door 19 is, the larger the slide resistance becomes. Therefore, the effective slide resistance corresponding to a quick movement of the door 19 can be generated, and the self-excitation vibration can be restrained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
