PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable omission of the work for attaching a tab sheet to a barricade string fixed to a cover lip of a weather strip in such a way that it can be torn, flipping the cover lip wound into a space between the weather strip and the end part of an interior sheet and drawing it out of a space between the weather strip and the end part of the interior sheet. SOLUTION: It is omitted from the work that a string 51 integrally formed at the rear surface of a cover lip 48 of an extrusion molded part 42 is torn out in a specified segment from the extrusion molded part 42, its central part is cut, each of the cut ends is set into a mold for molding a die molding part 43, a tab sheet 52 connected to the string 51 is molded together with the die molding part 43 and the tab sheet 52 is attached to the string 51.
