<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely measure the PRI (Pulse Repetition Interval) of a pulse train signal by manual operation or visual observation of a screen by a user. <P>SOLUTION: This measuring device is equipped with an input terminal part provided on its body, a display part for displaying pulse waveforms of a pulse train signal input via this input terminal part, a reference signal generating part for outputting a reference pulse signal for controlling the period of display of the pulse waveforms to be displayed on this display part, a display control part into which the reference pulse signal output from this reference pulse signal generating part is input, and which generates display data of the pulse train signal to be displayed on the display part on the basis of a generation frequency of the input reference pulse signal, and an operation part for instructing the generation frequency of the reference pulse signal in the reference signal generating part so that a display period of pulse waveforms displayed on the basis of the display data generated by this display control part, becomes equal to the pulse repetition period of the pulse train signal input via the input terminal part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
