<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation device, a simulation method and a simulation program, for efficiently performing simulation analysis at high speed by connecting a solution-adaptive grid method and a multi-grid method through a tree branch structure. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 21 of a fluid analysis device 20 subdivides a calculation grid by use of the solution-adaptive grid method. The control part 21 executes generation processing of a rough grid for executing calculation processing by a V cycle AMG method. Here, the control part 21 specifies a processing target grid, and specifies a parent cell of one rank higher level by use of genealogy. States of other child cells generated from the parent cell are confirmed. When each of the child cell has the same level, it is integrated to the rough grid of one rank higher level according to the tree branch structure, the calculation grid is integrated, and recording processing of a calculation procedure is executed.
