METHOD FOR PRODUCING COENZYME Q10 GRAIN CONTAINING REDUCED COENZYME Q10

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining reduced coenzyme Q10useful as foods, nutritive functional foods, foods for specified health use, nutritive supplements, nutrients, animal drugs, beverages, feeds, cosmetics, medicines, therapeutic agents, prophylactic agents etc., as a granulated material having a suitable grain diameter.

SOLUTION: The method for producing coenzyme Q10grains is carried out as follows: The coenzyme Q10containing the reduced coenzyme Q10is granulated by adding a solution of the coenzyme Q10containing the reduced coenzyme Q10at specific concentration in a water-soluble organic solvent is added into an aqueous solution of the water-soluble organic solvent. The granulated material of the coenzyme Q10having the suitable grain diameter can be obtained by the method.
