<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication device which performs path selection following fading. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device constitutes a radio transmission system with a plurality of relay devices which amplifies a receiving signal to perform relay transmission and has a function for determining a transmission path of a signal transmitted to a self-device by the opposite device which is a communication device to be a communication partner. In this case, the communication device is provided with; a long period path determination part 57 which selects candidates of relay devices which perform relay transmission of the signal transmitted to the self-device by the opposite device based on propagation state information indicating propagation states with other communication devices, which is individually notified from each relay device; a signal quality measurement part 53 which measures a propagation state with the opposite device and propagation states with each of the candidates and a path-MCS notification part 55 which determines the propagation path of the signal transmitted by the opposite device based on a measurement result by the signal quality measurement part 53. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
