A radiological image picking-up device (1) is provided with an X-ray tube (8) for irradiating X-rays with average energy of 15-60keV, a multi-slit member (11) made of a plurality of slits (111), a first diffracting grating (15) for diffracting X-rays penetrating an object (H) to bring about Talbot effects, a second diffracting grating (16) for further diffracting the X-rays, and an X-ray detector (17) for detecting the X-rays diffracted by the second diffracting grating (16). The second diffracting grating (16) is contacted to the X-ray detector (17). A distance L between the multi-slit member (11) and the first diffracting grating (15) is set to be not less than 0.5m, a distance Z<SUB>1</SUB> between the first diffracting grating (15) and the second diffracting grating (16) is set to be not less than 0.05m, and a slit interval d<SUB>0</SUB> of the multi-slit member (11) is set to be not less than 2µm. With the settings, a good X-ray image with the contrast of circumferential portions of cartilage tissues, etc. enhanced can be obtained by using the Talbot-Lau interferometer system. |
