PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of improving productivity and freely setting ceiling height. SOLUTION: This building unit structure is rectangular box type pre-fabricated at a factory and transported to and erected at a construction site for forming at least a part of a building. In this case, a support material 8 is secured to the upper end of a wall part forming the side of the unit structure, and suspended along the internal surface of the wall part. Then, the end of a ceiling structure is mounted on the lower part of the suspended support material 8. As the support material 8 is secured to the upper end of the wall part forming the side of the building unit and suspended along the internal surface of the wall part, with the end of the ceiling structure mounted on the lower part of the suspended support material 8, a ceiling can be easily formed and productivity is improved. Also, the required ceiling height can be freely set via the pertinent selection of the length of the support material 8, and space can be designed, so as to correspond to interior space such as a habitable room, a bedroom, a dining kitchen, a lavatory and an entrance hall. |
