PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience of a locker for a cleaner and a user. SOLUTION: This locker controller A includes an IC tag terminal 1 having ID information; a locker device 2 provided with a plurality of lockers each provided with an electronic lock device that reads the ID information from the IC tag terminal for locking or unlocking; and a locker management device 3 for managing the plurality of locker devices. When the electronic key device reads the ID information from the IC tag terminal, the locker device sends the ID information, the locker's ID information, and its own ID information to the locker management device; the locker management device determines whether or not the locker matching the ID information is usable according to the ID information of the locker received from the locker device; if it is determined to be unusable, a usable locker is selected in place of the locker matching the ID information.
