The milking apparatus comprises teat-cups (1), which are connected with a milk receptacle (7), with a hydraulic throttle (8) and with a charge capacity (9) through a milk line (6), a control unit (12) provided for controlling a degree of vacuum in a space (5), located below a teat, which control unit creates a high and a low vacuum depending whether the milk production is above the first level or below the second level, respectively. Between the milk receptacle (7) and the throttle (8) a hydropneumatic transducer (15) is provided, which is connected with the control unit (12) and which transduces a pressure, taking place in the milk line (6), into a pneumatic signal which is then transmitted to the input of the control unit (12). The control unit (12) is so adapted that it generates the first signal when the input signal reaches the first fixed value resulting from the milk production increase up to the first specified level, and it generates the second signal resulting from the milk production decrease down to the second specified level. A controllable valve (17) is provided in series with the hydropneumatic transducer (15) and in parallel to the throttle (8), which valve is connected with the control unit (12) and which is closed by the second signal and is opened by the first signal transferred thereto. |
