PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile body communication system for transmitting information which is transmitted when a mobile body communication terminal being an origination destination is out of a mobile body communication service area, to the mobile body communication terminal being the origination destination without performing a complicated operation. SOLUTION: An exchanger 111 transmits data, transmitted from a portable telephone set 101 being an origination source, to a data conversion server 107 when the portable telephone set 105 being the origination destination is out of the mobile body communication service area. The data conversion server 107 urges the portable telephone set 101 to record a message, converts voice data received from the portable telephone set 101 into packet data, and stores the packet data. When communication with the portable telephone set 105 becomes possible, the data conversion server 107 transmits the stored packet data to the portable telephone set 105.
