摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal activation device preventing a heat-sensitive adhesive sheet from being partially excessively heated, maintaining a distance between a thermal head, a platen roller and a paper delivery port to a short distance, and capable of suppressing complication and enlargement of a constitution. SOLUTION: A heat generation portion 4a of the thermal head 4 is heat-generated while the heat-sensitive adhesive sheet 2 is conveyed along a conveying route 15 by rotation of an insertion roller 3 and the platen roller 5 to thermally activate a heat-sensitive adhesive layer of the heat-sensitive adhesive sheet 2. When a rear end of the heat-sensitive adhesive sheet 2 reaches a position where it is not in contact with the platen roller 5, conveying force is not transmitted to stop it. At that time, a sticking prevention member 6 is intruded into the conveying route 15 and the rear end of the heat-sensitive adhesive sheet 2 is lifted up to a position where it is not in contact with the thermal head 4 to retain it.
