PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for angle reference machining structured simply and allowing easy handling. SOLUTION: The fixture comprises a block 3 as fixture body placed on a table 2 of a machine tool etc. and fixed by a magnet to a required position, the block 3 being equipped at one side face with a V-groove 4 for mounting a workpiece, wherein a first reference plane 5 abutting to the table 2 is formed on the side face opposite the V-groove 4, while a second reference plane 6 and a third reference plane 7 both intersecting the first 5 at a right angle are formed on the two side faces adjoining to the first reference plane 5 and the side face on the V-groove 4 side and extending in the longitudinal direction of the V-groove 4, characterized by that, among the first 4a and the second flank 4b of the V-groove 4, the first flank 4a is formed as assuming a required inclining angleαwith respect to the first reference plane 5, while the second flank 4b is formed as assuming a required inclining angleβwith respect to the third reference plane 7, and the first 4a and second flanks 4b are furnished with screw holes 8 for securing the workpiece W to the flanks using bolts 10.
