PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide configuration for receiving broadcast content from a server to record it in a client, wherein recording execution processing or the like based on recording reservation is improved.

SOLUTION: A server generates a recording reservation list based on recording reservation information input from the client to provide the client with the recoding reservation list. The client executes an acquisition request of recording content based on recording information of the reservation list. The server selects an object for execution of content transmission from a plurality of content acquisition request data with overlapped time, performs transmission permission response to perform response indicating that the request is not executed. In addition, recording execution time determined by the server side and current time information received by a broadcast receiving part are recorded in the recording reservation list and an exact content acquisition request based on the pieces of information is attained.
