摘要 A photocatalyst oxidation device for treating purified water and a photocatalyst manufacturing and coating method are provided to minimize the waste water by 58% by executing ultrasonic treatment and to save energy by reducing the heat treatment temperature from 800~1000°C down to 600°C. In a photocatalyst oxidation device for oxidation and sterilization of organic matter of a purified water circulation line, a housing is made of SU316. A low-pressure mercury UV(Ultraviolet) lamp irradiates the wavelength of 254nm. A quartz tube coated with a photocatalyst is installed toward the purified water inlet to process oxidation and sterilization at the same time. The distance between the quartz tubes equipped with the lamps is within a range of 5±0.2cm. During a photocatalyst manufacturing process, centrifugal separation is executed at 800±50RPM(Revolution Per Minute) for 10±1 minutes and ultrasonic cleaning is performed for 30 minutes.
