<p>The transparent luminous panel useful in a lighting device, comprises a transparent rigid substrate, light emitting diodes, and a unit for screening the LED's and their electrical connections. The screening unit comprises opaque and translucent screens. The opaque screen consists of an opaque paint in the form of points, whose diameter is same as the dimension of a substrate surface covered by the LED. The paint is an enamel and applied to the substrate by serigraphy. The enamel is heated in an oven after applying on the substrate.
