A partial wig having artificial hair groups disposed to be crossed on the rear and the front and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to express a larger amount of hair. A partial wig having artificial hair groups disposed to be crossed on the rear and the front includes artificial hair groups and an artificial hair coupling cloth(20). The artificial hair group is formed by disposing plural artificial hair in the shape of a straight line and then fixing the artificial hair. The artificial hair coupling cloth fixes and couples the artificial hair groups in the state that the artificial hair groups are disposed on the front and the rear of the artificial hair coupling cloth by using an adhesive or by sewing. It is desirable that the artificial hair(11) has the same length.
