A medical LED cure device for controlling output by wavelength is provided to remove inconvenience of changing a head according to the wavelength, and to promote a new cure effect by mixing output lights by outputting plural wavelengths simultaneously or selectively. A medical LED cure device for controlling output by wavelength includes: a multi-wavelength LED module(140) for outputting plural wavelengths by wavelength simultaneously and selectively; a head(130) for mounting the multi-wavelengths LED module and rotating by sector by being divided into plural sectors; a support arm for supporting the head, and adjusting a position and an angle of the head; a main body for supporting the support arm, and having a power supply part for supplying a power source to the multi-wavelength LED module; and a wave guide(150) detachably mounted on the respective sectors of the head for preventing dispersion of the light and concentrating the light on a cure object.
