A boundary fence is provided to fix a base under the ground more stably by causing concrete poured in the base to leak through holes of the base. A boundary fence comprises a base(110), poles(120), a mesh(130), and clips(140). The base is arranged at regular intervals. The pole, which is built on the base, includes a lower pole, a lower nut, an upper pole, and an upper nut. The mesh is installed between the poles. The clips fasten the mesh to the poles. The lower pole is a hollow pipe and provided with slots and a threaded part at the top. The lower nut is assembled to the threaded part of the lower pole. The upper pole slides into the lower pole, having a pair of projections moves down along the slots of the lower pole. The upper nut is installed to the upper pole, higher than the protrusions. The upper nut is assembled to the threaded part of the lower pole and limits the movement of the protrusions. The base is a hollow shape. The base has an insertion hole for the pole, a concrete inlet, and a concrete outlet. The concrete outlet is formed at the bottom of the base to allow concrete to leak out of the base.
