A foldable type large tent is provided to block sun lights and cold outer air by installing a cloth. A foldable type large tent comprises a vertical frame, a horizontal frame, and a inclined frame. The vertical frame includes two pipes which are connected in an X shape by a hinge and is installed vertically. The horizontal frame includes two pipes which are connected in an X shape by a hinge and is installed horizontally. The inclined frame includes two pipes which are connected in an X shape by a hinge and is installed in an inclined direction. A frame unit(U) include the vertical frame, the horizontal frame, and the inclined frame. The vertical frame and the horizontal frame are connected with each other at four edges of a square. The inclined frame is connected with the vertical frame and the horizontal frame. A tent frame structure includes right and left lateral frame unit(110), a ceiling frame unit(120), and an inclined frame unit(130). Each frame unit includes a plurality of frame units. Inner and outer tent clothes are installed to the vertical frame, the horizontal frame, and the inclined frame. The inner and the outer tent clothes make a space between them.
