A car media player with a telephone number downloading function for a hands-free device is provided to download/store telephone numbers to use, with control buttons while driving. A car media player with a telephone number downloading function for a hands-free device comprises a hands-free interface part(110), a storage medium interface part(120), a telephone number storing part(130), a hands-free control part(140), and a button interface part(150). The hands-free interface part provides a hands-free interface of a mobile communication terminal. The storage medium interface part provides an interface of a storage medium storing the telephone number information. The telephone number storing part stores the downloaded telephone number. The hands-free control part controls the operations of the hands-free interface part, the storage medium interface part, and the telephone number storing part. The button interface part receives user input for searching telephone numbers through a control button of the media play device.
