A ground structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent voltage drop from occurring in a ground bolt by allowing a ground terminal to be connected to a vehicle body by passing by a contact plate such that the contact plate is adhered to the vehicle body and the ground terminal. A ground structure of a vehicle comprises a square hole(11) formed at a vehicle body(10), a ground bolt member(14) and a ground terminal(24). The ground bolt member includes a nut(16) temporarily coupled to a thread part of a bolt(15). A contact plate(17) having a hole is integrally formed with an upper portion of the nut. An inverse U type guide plate(19) is coupled between a head of the bolt and an outer surface of the contact plate. A cutting groove is formed in the middle and at a lower part of the guide plate. The ground terminal has a square support hole(25). The ground bolt member is inserted into the square hole and the square support hole.
