A transparent heater, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to pattern a high-resistance material on a glass substrate to form a heater to improve transparency of the heater. A target is formed of a high-resistance material through sputtering(S10). The high-resistance material is patterned on a glass substrate as a heat radiator using the target(S20). A metal electrode is formed on the glass substrate(S30). Power is applied to the electrode(S40). The step of patterning the high-resistance material and the step of forming the metal electrode are performed in a vacuum state. |
