A manufacturing method of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to attach the polarizing film before when bonding a flexible thin film transistor substrate and a color filter substrate, thereby preventing the bending of the color filter substrate and the thin film transistor substrate from generating. In a polarizing film attaching process(S41), polarizing films are attached to the flexible substrates before a substrate patterning process(S42). At this case, the flexible substrates are fixed without distortion. Also, polarizing films are attached before the formation of the cell gap, so that the seal member is not disconnected and bubbles between the polarizing film and the flexible substrates are not generated. Also, after attaching the polarizing films to the flexible substrates, a substrate patterning process(S43) is performed, so that the flexible substrates are fixed, so that the separate support substrate attaching process and the exfoliation process are omitted. Accordingly, the number of processes is reduced and the cost of materials is reduced. |
