A prism sheet includes a prism pattern(142) and a diffusion pattern(144). Plural grooves and mounds are formed on the prism pattern. The diffusion pattern is irregularly formed on the prism pattern. The diffusion pattern is formed in a convex or concave shape. The diffusion pattern is formed in curved or polygonal shapes. The pitch between the mounds lies between 20 and 200 micrometers.
