<p>An adaptive spindle assembly for electro-erosion machining in a CNC(Computer Numerical Control) machining tool are provided to operate an adaptor by using an EEM(Electro Erosion Milling). An adaptive spindle assembly for electro-erosion machining in a CNC comprises an adaptive spindle assembly(20), a rotation type adaptor shaft(80) including a base part and an end part(81), a machining tool electrode(21) including a base part mounted on the end part and an end part(22), a machining tool holder(84), a bracket(99), a low friction bearing(98), a fixation-rotation electric induction device electrically insulated from the bracket and a fluid channel for transferring liquid electrolyte to the end part of the machining tool electrode. The machining tool holder is installed at the base part of the rotation adaptor shaft and is inserted into a chuck(25). The low friction bearing maintains an arrangement of the adaptor shaft and a spindle(24).</p> |
