A watertight connection structure for a coupler of a drain pipe and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to keep the coupler in a watertight state using only a rubber ring by forming a pipe coupler in various shapes through a blow molding. A method of manufacturing a watertight connection structure for a coupler(10) of a drain pipe comprises the step of forming a primary product using a blow mold. The primary product is subject to an outstretch molding to a finished product. The coupler has a reinforcing projection(11) formed in a length direction and a width direction. The coupler has a ring groove(13) at both sides of the reinforcing projection. A rubber ring(14) is inserted around the ring groove. An inclination groove(12) is formed at both outer sides of the coupler.
