An apparatus for restricting discharge of fuel evaporation gas of a vehicle is provided to prevent fuel evaporation gas from being discharged to the air by allowing the fuel evaporation gas generated from a fuel tank to be collected by a canister communicated with a fuel injection pipe. An apparatus for restricting discharge of fuel evaporation gas of a vehicle comprises a fuel tank(10) storing fuel and a fuel injection pipe(20) injecting the fuel to the fuel tank. A first canister(30) is communicated with the fuel tank to collect fuel evaporation gas generated from the fuel tank. A second canister(40) is communicated with a front end of the fuel injection pipe to collect the fuel evaporation gas generated from the fuel tank. A main pipe(50) allow the fuel tank to communicate with the front end of the fuel injection pipe. A first pipe(60) has one end communicated with the front end of the fuel injection pipe and the other end communicated with the fuel tank to adjust air pressure in the fuel tank. A second pipe(70) has one end communicated with the front end of the fuel injection pipe and the other end communicated with the second canister.
