A paper clip having an inner guide sheet is provided to stack and store materials easily as a special attached object is not installed on an outer body. A paper clip(1) having an inner guide sheet(20) is composed of: an outer body(10) having grip parts(12,13) elastically engaged with each other and the inner guide sheet inserted into the outer body to guide the material to the grip parts. The outer body comprises an elastic part(11) formed by bending a plate-shaped member and first and second grip parts extended from the elastic part and elastically engaged with each other. The inner guide sheet has a folded part(21) formed in the outer body by bending a center portion and first and second guide parts(22,23) extended from the folded part. The first and second guide parts are extended toward the outer side of the first and second grip parts.
