A semi-automatic swing device of a swing type mobile terminal is provided to enable a mobile terminal to be semi-automatically opened, and provide a stable semi-automatical opening/closing swinging operation by including a symmetrically formed driving unit. A lower fixed member includes a through-hole formed at the center thereof to allow a swing shaft to penetrate therethrough. An upper moving member(32) is coaxially combined with the lower fixed member while it is maintained to face the lower fixed member. A cam unit extends with a certain length along an inner wall of the lower fixed member and is formed to be protruded from the inner wall in a direction of the swing shaft. A cam member(34) is slidably moved along a swinging operation of the upper moving member in a state of being tightly attached to a cam surface. A driving unit(35) is combined with the cam member to attach the cam member to the cam surface tightly, and provides an automatic swinging operation of the upper moving member.
