<p>The invention relates to a method for production of a support material with at least one covered identification mark (3), applied to at least one surface region of the support material and then covered. The invention further relates to objects comprising said support material and the use thereof for the analysis of the identification mark(s) (3). By means of the above method, a support material is provided with covered identification marks (3) the use of which is manifold, in particular, when the original condition of goods is to be determined. The identification mark (3) is not necessarily visible to the user, such as to avoid unnecessary tampering, and furthermore faced with a conventional decor, namely an embossed pattern. When required, for example, on customs control, the identification mark (3) can be simply exposed by removal of the embossing such that an analysis of the packed material can be carried out with regards to the originality thereof.</p> |
