The method involves determining parameters e.g. color, related to assemblies, sub-assemblies or identified zones e.g. eye zone, by a structural analysis unit. Zones requiring modifications are selected among the zones, and a part of an entity e.g. person, with indications of the selected zones is displayed in a screen. Modification of the selected zones is simulated by selection and application of a subject`s virtual modification unit (9), and the parameters are modified. Obtained virtual modifications and parameter modifications are validated, and stored in a memory by a storage module. An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing a method for assisting a modification of physical appearance of an entity, an object or a living being.
