A multi-purpose functional bio-material manufacturing device is provided to produce functional bio-materials emitting anion and far infrared rays, through a serial process of a mixing unit, an extrusion unit, a molding unit, a cooling unit, a moisture removing unit, and a film applying unit. A multi-purpose functional bio-material manufacturing device is composed of a mixing unit(30) mixing polyethylene, pigments, natural ores, and foam polystyrene; an extrusion unit(40) positioned at the lower end of the mixing unit to melt the mixture by high heat and then deliver the melted mixture to one side; a molding unit(50) installed at the side of the extrusion unit to mold the mixture in a predetermined shape; a cooling unit(70) installed at the side of the molding unit, to harden the internal fine texture of the material by passing the molded material through water of 10~18 deg.C; a film applying unit(90) disposed at the side of the cooling unit to coat the surface of the molded material with a film printed with patterns; and a pressing unit(100) installed at the side of the film applying unit to transfer the material to one side with closely pressing the upper and lower surfaces of the material.
