PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit including: a compensation circuit for generating a compensation signal; and an oscillation section with oscillating frequency being able to be controlled in accordance with the compensation signal from the compensation circuit, the oscillation circuit that can be stabilized at a desired oscillating frequency at high speed. SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit includes: the compensation circuit (122) for generating the compensation signal; and the oscillation section (121) with the oscillation frequency being able to be controlled in accordance with the compensation signal from the compensation circuit (122), wherein the oscillation circuit is characterized in that it includes; an integration circuit (R1, C2) including a resistor (R1) and a capacitor (C2) and supplying an integration waveform of the compensation signal to the oscillation section (121); a charging circuit (123) for charging up the capacitor (C2) included in the integration circuit (R1, C2); a switch circuit (124) for short-circuiting both terminals of the resistor (R1) included in the integration circuit (R1, C2); and a control circuit (125) for short-circuiting the resistor (R1) included in the integration circuit (R1, C2) by the switch circuit (124) after the charging of the capacitor (C2) is finished.
