PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens sheet which is superior in manufacturing efficiency and inexpensive and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the lens sheet which is integrally formed by forming a Fresnel lens as an incident surface on one side on a resin substrate having a refractive index n1 and a concave cylindrical lens in the inverted shape of a convex cylindrical lens as a projection surface on the resin substrate on the opposite side, further forming a black stripe type light shield layer on a flat surface formed by charging a resin material with a refractive index n2 in a concave part of the concave cylindrical lens in an area other than a light convergence area of the concave cylindrical lens which is an opening part, and then stacking a light diffusion layer or light diffusion plate across the light shield layer, and also characterized in that the reflective indexes satisfies n2>n1; and its manufacturing method.
