PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of surely attaching a plug tube gasket on a synthetic resin cylinder head cover under a condition that the plug tube gasket can be easily detached from the cylinder head cover. SOLUTION: A first engagement projection 26 is formed as one unit on an inner circumference surface of a plug tube insertion hole 24, a second engagement projection 60 is formed as one unit on a projection part from an inside of a plug tube 22 of a plug device stored in the plug tube 22, and a plug tube gasket 36 positioned in the plug insertion hole 24 is abutted on and engaged with each engagement projection 26, 60. On top of that, the plug device 58 is detachably fastened on the cylinder head cover 10, and the plug tube gasket 36 is gripped and retained between the first engagement projection 26 and the second engagement projection 60 based on the fastening force.
