PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated optical fiber holder which can detachably be set to an optical cable holder. SOLUTION: The coated optical fiber holder has a rod-shaped body of a component embedded in an optical cable storage part of the optical cable holder. The coated optical fiber holder is characterized in that the rod-shaped body is formed sufficiently thin to be fitted in a cable storage part, a base where a coated optical fiber is mounted is arranged on the rod-shaped body, and a push cover covering the surface of the base is arranged on the surface of the base.
