PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information verification device capable of recording proper optical information at low cost in a short time. SOLUTION: In a two-dimensional code verification device, a light receiving sensor images a two-dimensional code recorded in a reading object (S103). A recording state of the two-dimensional code imaged by the light receiving sensor is measured in terms of prescribed evaluation items (cell size, contrast, print expansion, axial non-uniformity, and an error correction non-use rate), and measurement values thereof are outputted (S109). The measurement values obtained thereby and prescribed reference values (evaluation values) or the like are compared, and a comparison result thereof is outputted (S109), converted into an improvement countermeasure corresponding to the comparison result, and output to a liquid crystal display device (S111, S113).
