摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an optical coherence tomography measurement in which an efficient adjustment of the measurement start position can be made in obtaining tomographic images of a subject by analyzing the frequency of the interference light produced when the subject to be measured is irradiated with light whose wavelength is swept in a regular cycle. SOLUTION: In this optical tomography system, a controlling means 70 has the function of switching between a measurement starting position adjusting mode for adjusting the measurement starting position in which the system starts obtaining tomographic images of a subject in a depth direction and an image obtaining mode for obtaining the tomographic images of the subject. The controlling means 70 controls a light source unit 10 or an interference light detecting means 40 so that the wavelength resolution can be higher in the mode for adjusting the measurement starting position than in the mode for obtaining the images.
