<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a conductive roller having a light-weight and high-accuracy roller body, and to provide a device used for the same. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of element members 10 are integrated to one another in the longitudinal direction to form the roller body 11.
