<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized processing system for preventing trouble especially related to an amount of money in an exchange centralized processing, and an exchange document processing device and a registration processing device comprising the system. <P>SOLUTION: In an exchange centralized processing system for performing centralized processing to data concerning the documents processed by a store terminal 11 that is a document processing device by an entry client 23 disposed at a centralization center, the terminal 11 performs character-recognition of numerical figures filled in the amount of money column of a document and in a repeated amount of entry money column for repeatedly entering the numerical figures filled in the amount of money column to generate each recognition data.
