PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wholly-short and compact combination faucet device. SOLUTION: This combination faucet device (1) is equipped with a combination valve unit (8) which is equipped with an operating rod (24), capable of being turned on a vertical axis line so as to change a mixing ratio between hot water and cold water, and capable of being turned on a horizontal axis line so as to change the discharged-water flow rate of the hot water and the cold water, mixed together; a faucet body part (2), in which a valve-unit storage recess for accepting the combination valve unit is formed at an upper end; a water discharge part (6), which is almost horizontally elongated from the upper end of the faucet body part, and in which a spout is formed; a mounting part which is connected to the operating rod; and a holding part. The combination faucet comprises an operating lever (10), which is turned with the operating rod, and an abutting part (20) which abuts against a control lever so as to regulate the range of turning around the horizontal axis line of the operating lever.
