摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adhering a luminous coating-protecting film, by which strong adhering force can be ensured to a luminous coating layer, and to provide a luminous coating coated plate. SOLUTION: This luminous coating coated plate 10 comprises a base sheet 11, a luminous coating layer 12, an adhesive layer 13, and a transparent base material 14. The base sheet 11 is a film, paper or the like used as a basis of the luminous coating coated plate 10, and the luminous coating layer 12 comprises a luminous pigment, a urethane coating and the like. The luminous pigment is a general pigment containing a fluorescent substance or phosphorescent substance. The urethane coating comprises a urethane main agent and a urethane-curing agent. The composition of the urethane coating used for the luminous coating layer 12 has 1.00<urethane main agent equivalent/curing agent equivalent, more preferably 1.05≤urethane main agent equivalent/curing agent equivalent≤1.30. The adhesive layer 13 comprises an ethylenic resin or the like, and is preferably subjected to a corona treatment to improve wettability.
