<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device and an information providing method for providing information in which improvement is performed so that the efficiency of provision and the accounting of article information may be increased for a user in a newspaper distribution system for making the article information of the newspaper into electronic data distributed to the user via a network. <P>SOLUTION: When the article information read from an article data base of a contracted newspaper provider is displayed, information for accessing article information of other companies relevant to the article information is displayed, relevant articles of other companies are displayed based on access information and charges to the article information displayed based on the access information are added to charges paid to the contracted newspaper provider. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
