PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elution test device and method assembled in with collapse, solid transfer, elution, a pH/composition change of a liquid, absorption and a clearance. SOLUTION: This device/method includes the first chamber 2 connected in series to the second chamber 10, the first chamber 2 can transfer a solid test sample to the second chamber 10, and the second chamber 10 can hold the solid test sample. The device includes the first reservoir 21 and the second reservoir 22 for supplying one or more of media continuously to the first chamber 2 and the second chamber 10, and the chambers have stirrers 4, 11 for mixing the solid test sample and the media. The second chamber 10 has a filter membrane 45 supported by a filter support 46, on a bottom 44 of the second chamber 10, and the filter support 46 is located between the filter membrane 45 and the bottom 44 of the second chamber 10 and prevents distortion of the filter membrane 45.
