PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet substrate which can be correctly positioned both in the X direction andθdirection and which has cutouts causing no crack because of contact between positioning pins and themselves. SOLUTION: The sheet substrate has several substrate regions which are arranged in a matrix state. Cutouts for positioning are formed in a margin region provided on the periphery of the sheet substrate. In this case, the cutouts are formed approximately in V shape and all the lateral angles of the periphery of the sheet substrate constituting the V-shaped parts are rounded at a curvature r.
